Propane Torch Safety Awareness Training

The Propane Torch Awareness Training Program is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding about propane torches.  This training will allow participants to learn about how to inspect and use a propane torch.  The practical portion of this training will allow the participants to get a hands-on experience using a propane torch in a controlled environment.

This Propane Torch Awareness Training Program is designed to provide quality training in regards to propane torch safety for workers in the Province of Ontario.

NOTE: Employers will need to supplement this training program standard with additional information, instruction and training in workplace-specific policies and procedures and workplace-specific equipment related to propane torches. This should cover the particular equipment and applications you will encounter in the workplace.
